Thursday, November 21, 2019, at approximately 4:45 PM, members of the Fort Myers Police Department’s Vice/Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 3713 Washington Ave Apt #1. They arrested two criminals and seized a large amount of narcotics and cash, along with weapons.
Arrested at the scene were 24-year-old Jerrel Bowman and 25-year-old Michael Cortez
The men were charged with multiple counts of trafficking and possession of heroin, cocaine, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia as well as resisting arrest and obstruction of justice.Â
Bowman and Cortez were transported to the Fort Myers Police Department for processing and then taken to the Lee County Jail.
