On October 31st, 2019, detectives with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 3021 Calvin Boulevard in Fort Myers, FL.
Upon arrival at the residence, detectives located and arrested Dwayne Johnson (10/04/1963). It was learned through citizen complaints that Johnson was selling narcotics in the Fort Myers area and utilizing his residence as a “trap” house. Johnson is being charged with Possession of Cocaine and the Sale of Cocaine.
Detectives also located Tyrone Samuel (07/26/1985), who had two felony warrants, inside the residence. After detaining Samuel, a pill bottle containing 1.8 grams of cocaine was located on his person. Samuel was subsequently arrested and charged with Cocaine Possession and Probation Violation.
At the conclusion of the search warrant, cocaine (1.8 g), soboxone strips and drug paraphernalia were all seized.
“Citizen complaints played a major role in the success of this narcotics investigation,” stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno. “If you see something, say something, make the call. We won’t stop at getting dangerous drugs off our streets.”
